Lindsay Lohan Rehab Smoke

Lindsay Lohan was seen smoking in the parking lot of her rehab center in Utah yesterday.
Lohan was wearing a black and white top,skinny jeans and high heels.
When you enter rehab ,the first rule is go hide in the parking and smoke your lungs out.
The second rule is block the handicap section like that the person in the car will really not be able to get out.
Third and last rule is secretly drink vodka before and after every session with your counselor.
By applying these rules like Lindsay has, she will be rehabilitated by 2099.
