Nude Photos Of Underage Kim Kardashian Surfaced

A criminal investigation is under way for sexually explicit pictures of Kim and her sister Kourtney Kardashian .
It appears that the photos were taken while the girls were underage.
The photos were offered for sale to media outlets yesterday.
According to the nydailynews:
A dozen explicit images were being offered by San Fernando Valley photographer Eric Ford. When contacted by this column yesterday, he insisted that no deal had yet been struck. It was not clear whether Ford knew the girls were underage in the photos.
A rep for Kim told me: “Any publication that would print these pictures, which are considered child pornography, will be subject to the same criminal investigation as the agency who is attempting to sell them.”
