Michelle Obama Stuns In White State Dinner Dress

Michelle Obama‘s state dinner dress, a stunning creation by Brandon Maxwell, turned all heads and had President Barack Obama in awe.

Tuesday night, POTUS looking very elegant in a black suit and matching bow tie welcomed Lee Hsien Loong, the prime minister of Singapore and his wife, Ho Ching, to the 12th state dinner.

All eyes were on Mrs. Obama, the great orator, and fashionista-in-chief. FLOTUS selected a stunning floor length gown put together by Lady Gaga’s favorite designer, Brandon Maxwell.

The strapless dress featured pleats across the top and a belted waist. Michelle Obama pulled her hair back and tucked in, to create a faux bob. She kept her jewelry very simple and elegant, opting for a pair of Butani earrings and two rings.

As for her makeup, she opted for sexy smokey eyes and light pink lipstick. Mr. Obama seemed to have fallen in love with his wife all over again by the many thumbs up he kept giving her.

Honored to see Michelle Obama is his creation, Maxwell issued a statement to thank her. He said:

“It has been an incredible honor for me and my team to create this dress for the First Lady. Strong and elegant, she is the embodiment of the woman that inspires me to create, and a role model for women all over the world. I am very thankful for this opportunity.”

What do you think of the dress?

A very proud moment for me and my team. ❤️
