Andy Dick Arrested After Lifting 17 Year-Old Top - Andy Dick got arrested for drug use and for pulling down a teenager’s top earlier today.Dick was taken to jail after police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at 1:13 a.m. to investigate a drunk male who was urinating and causing a disturbance.Andy apparently grabbed the tank top,bra of a 17-year-old girl and pulled them down to expose her breasts.

Ah yes, as usual, a drunk, assaulting, pervert does something and the blame gets placed on the innocent girl victim.
Bars are not just for alcohol. Lots of people go in for meals. The parent might have been drinking and the child accompanying them.
3 year olds go into bars (with parents obv).
