Angelyne Billboard Queen Sues Fox – Angelyne is suing FOX Searchlight Pictures and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Bad Boy Films ,Inc for using her billboard image in the movie “Notorious” without her permission.Angelyne L’Lyne who is known for her unforgettable billboards all over Hollywood said:
“My famous billboard’s in Los Angeles is featured in a 12-second scene in the movie without my permission.At no time has Angelyne authorized any of the defendants to reproduce, or adapt distribute any image containing her copyrighted billboard for use in the ‘Notorious’ motion picture.”
Angelyne wants $100,000 in damages.
