Governor Spitzer call girl Ashley Alexandra Dupre recently hit Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis with $10 million lawsuit.Ashley claims she was only seventeen at the time and too young to sign a binding contract. The twenty-two year old has accused Joe of exploiting her image and name on various Internet sites.But in a video released by Francis,Dupré appears covered by a terrycloth towel and gives her name as Amber Arpaio and said that she was 20 years old.
“Can I use this on Girls Gone Wild ?” she is asked. “Of course you can,” Dupre answers..
I am happy not to see the other half of that picture.
