Ashley Ellerin Photo:Michael Gargiulo Killed Ashley Ellerin - Ashley Ellerin who was dating Ashton Kutcher (pictured above) was apparently killed by Michael Gargiulo.Michael Gargiulo an ex murderer has been linked to the 2001 case thanks to his DNA.Kutcher explained to the police that he had invited Ashley Ellerin,to a post-Grammy party, and went to pick her up but there was no one answering the door. Kutcher peeked through a window in the back and saw what he thought was red wine stains on the carpet. After no answer, he finally left.
Ashley Ellerin’s body was discovered the next day by her friend.
