Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Benji Madden were pictured leaving La Scala restaurant in Beverly Hills last night.Benji and Paris were leaving Hollywood club Foxtail at 1:30 AM on Friday when their car ran over a paparazzo’s foot.The injured photographer drove himself to the hospital and arrived at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department between 5 am and 6 am to file a hit and run report against Benji.I say that serves him right that’s what you get for swarming some no talent douche bag and his herpes infected girl.
