Brian Austin Green Foreclosure News – Brian Austin is a real average American with debts and foreclosure issues.Green who is known for dating Megan Fox is far behind on his mortgage payments and will lose his luxurious home but his rep is claiming that the actor is making a calculated real estate move in order to save money.According to TMZ:
SunTrust Mortgage, INC has filed legal papers in Los Angeles which show Green owes $71,251.42 as of January 26, 2010. The docs show Green took out a $2,000,000 mortgage with the company in 2006. According to the docs, SunTrust has begun the foreclosure process and has the right to put the house up for auction if Brian doesn’t fork over the green.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 star’s rep is stating that Green has negotiated a deal to sell the house in a ‘short sale”, which means SunTrust will let him sell his house for less than he owes in order to recover the money, pending the bank’s approval.
