Britney Spears was expected to show up for an emergency custody hearing scheduled for this morning in order to ask a judge for overnight visits with her sons.
But surprisingly enough ,she was no where around for today’s hearing.
Nonetheless her army of lawyers will act on her behalf.
Although they did tell her that it would look good to the judge to be there.
Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline’s attorney, is already in the courtroom.
Britney is most likely back in Marina del Rey apartment and still sleeping.
Britney Spears and a friend were spotted yesterday in Los Angeles as they ate at a the Mexican and shopped at Target.
