Britney Spears was spotted at a Mexican restaurant with dog and male friend last night.Earlier in the evening Britney was seen crying in her car,and few minutes later she came out happier than ever.It gets really strange now,while the paparazzi were taking her picture Britney recited some strange words.
She was heard saying:
