Britney Spears was pictured going to lunch with new boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and Osama “Sam” Lutfi just after bailing on the hearing earlier today.Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has decided that Britney Spears will not have her visitations rights restored.Another hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 19.and Spears can show up is she wants to attempt to get her babies back.
