Britney Spears Custody Battle Getting Ugly

Britney Spears was pictured arriving at the Raffles L’hermitage hotel in Beverly Hills last night.
Britney Spears is in for a very nasty surprise if Mark Vincent Kaplan who is her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s power house lawyer has his way.Kaplan is furious after Britney who said too be sick failed to show up in court but was out in about till 2 A.M. that same day.
Vincent plans to ask the judge handling the custody case to ban Britney from asking for more custody rights.A source said:
“This is the fourth time Britney has skipped the deposition. Kaplan feels she should not be allowed to go into court and ask to restore custody if she won’t sit for a deposition to determine if she really is a fit parent.
“He could even ask for her to pay penalties, including Kevin’s legal fees. Britney could even be held in contempt of court, but he doesn’t plan to go there.”
Britney should video tape herself having sex her deposition for the judge.
