There is a big possibility that Spears may return to rehab.
Britney will most likely go back to Crossroads Centre at Antigua .
The pop star she went there for about 24 hours back in February.
“Britney’s team has been working closely with her attorneys to figure out a way to get the babies back from Kevin,” “She’s surrendering herself to rehab for treatment of depression and alcohol so that there’s no questioning if she is drinking or missing any future tests.”
