Britney Spears has lost her lawyer and her manager but did not lose her kids .
Spears’ new attorney Mel Goldsman is reporting that custody agreement between Britney and Federline has not changed.
The judge affirmed the decision in court on Monday and the two will continue to share 50/50 custody.
