Britney Spears May Get One Year Probation
Britney Spears could be sentenced to one year probation by a judge for driving without a valid California driver’s license.It could have been even worse because the California city attorney wanted to press for two years originally at a hearing in Van Nuys earlier today.
Spears’ attorney Michael J. Flanagan said:
“In earlier discussions I’ve had with the city attorney, a two-year probation was presented, but nothing is concrete, and today in court he said that he now thinks 12 months is appropriate,”
