Britney Spears was spotted in LA yesterday.Spears is apparently working on the second music video off her “Blackout” album .Spears’ close friend Sam Lufti has exclusively revealed to OK! that a new music video (currently unknown which song it’s for) is in pre-production.Britney is still deciding whether or not she wants to be alone in the video or have dancers with her. Spears told the paparazzi that few weeks ago it seems that she wasn’t lying.
