Britney Spears was pictured shopping at Claire’s jewelry store in L.A. yesterday.Spears is really on a tight budget because she bought a pair of sunglasses and a belly ring totaling a whopping $17.Britney who is on a $1500-a-week allowance, paid with her debit card is overseen by her father/co-conservator Jamie Spears.Britney must have felt quite at home at Claire’s shopping with all the other puberty pre-teen stricken girls, spending an allowance provided by indulgent parents, and keeping an eye on a $9.00 watch to make sure they reach home before their curfew.
