Dr. Phil Investigated For Practicing Without A License
A complaint has been filed against Dr. Phil is by the California Board of Psychology for illegally practicing without a license when he paid a visit to Britney Spears during her meltdown.
The Psychology Board rep says that the the complaint is credible, it would be referred to the D.A. for review because practicing without a license is a felony in California.
The psychologist who filed the complaint said:
Dr. Phil violated HIPAA laws by discussing or divulging a patient’s medical condition … with the media,”
There is even more trouble for Dr Phil seeing that there is petition being circulated to remove the “Dr. Phil” show from the air.
