Estella Warren Charged

Before the movie even comes out it is reported that “Planet of the Apes” star Estella Warren has been charged with DUI, hit and run driving, resisting arrest and batter on a cop.

This all occurred last month when he was involved in an alleged alcohol induced ride that led to the incident.

She’s now facing four charges from the L.A. County Attorney’s office and all four are misdemeanors but if she’s convicted on all charges, that’s all of the charges, she could face a maximum of 2.5 years in jail.

Last month she had been in an incident where she drove her car into three cars, she then kicked a cop and with her escape artist skills, escaped the police station. She wasn’t charged because she hadn’t been booked at the time of the escape so she got off on that rap.

That was an amazing feat where she was able to slip out of her handcuffs and evade everyone at the station.

Whatever was going through her mind at the time is going to have to come out in court when she is due to face the charges next week.

It’s doubtful she’ll do any time and will probably be put on probation for a few years if she’s convicted, pay some fines and restitution to the cars she damaged.
