Hayden Panettiere Turns 18,Says She’s Not A Dumb Blonde

Hayden Panettiere turned 18,today.
Hayden is back in Los Angeles,just in time to celebrate,after a trip to New York to appear on ‘The Late Show with David Letterman’ last night.
She recently said in an interview with WENN:
“I find it funny to watch people patronise me or think I’m dumb because I’m blonde and young. “I know I have a higher IQ than 99 per cent of the brunettes out there. It gives me more of a sense of accomplishment when I achieve things after people have underestimated me.”
Panettiere, marked her 18th birthday by registering to vote in the 2008 primaries and general election.
