Heather Locklear Hit-and-Run:Heather Arrested – Just last Saturday TMZ released the unexpected news that Heather Locklear was being arrested for a hit and run accident. The police officers who were on the scene told sources over at TMZ that it happened at around 4 AM when someone heard the terrible noise of a car hurling around the corner and then crash near Noth Rank Country Club in Westlake Village, California. It’s reported that the person who was there to hear the crash didn’t even tell the Ventura Country Sheriff’s Department until close to 8 PM that night. Whatever happened with the hours in between is unknown. However, when the police arrived on the scene they saw a parking sign that was completely knocked over and there was clear evidence that a car had driven up onto the curb, hit the sign, and not turned themselves in.


The police also confirmed that the car in question that hit the sign was owned by Heather Locklear, a famous TV actress. She drives a black BMW and all the evidence at the scene pointed to her. The collision is said to have happened really close to where Locklear lives and the majority of all accidents happen within a mile of our homes. When the deputy’s went to Locklear’s home they saw her beat up BMW and all of the marks and dents in the car were consistent with what you would expect to find if you had gone up onto the curb and hit a sign. They arrested Locklear for the hit and run right there on the spot. The offense is just a misdemeanor so she won’t have anything serious on her record but she was taken into custody and wasn’t given any exception because of her fame.
