Jamie Lynn Spears’ Boyfriend Casey Aldridge Won’t Face Rape Charges

Casey Aldridge the dude who got Jamie Lynn Spears knocked up at the tender age of 16-year-old,will not be facing statutory rape charges,as media reported earlier this week.Louisiana state law considers unlawful:
if a pair engaged in “sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17.”
Casey’s family is everywhere making sure that the whole world understands that he is 19.Aldridge’s uncle Odus Jackson told CelebTV:
“Well, we’ve heard those [rape] allegations and I’m not really that up on the technicality of that law, [but] I know he is 18 not 19 as some were saying, which would take him out of the area of statutory rape, I believe.”
Apparently the sheriff’s department in Kentwood, Louisiana said “no criminal investigation is currently underway” against Spears’ boyfriend.
