Kate Plus 8 News:Gosselin Sextuplets Work Permits Legality Questioned – Kate Gosselin’s new reality show, “Kate Plus 8,” has come under investigation once again. Now, a Pennsylvania state lawmaker is questioning whether her children are legally permitted to work on the set of the show.They are supposed to have been issued a work permit under conditions that stipulate how often the children are allowed to work, and the types of hours.
The lawmaker, Representative Thomas Murt said that the state allowed children under 7 to work in movies, but not television. Compound that with the fact that the Gosselin kids are only 6 years old, and it appears that there may be a problem.
Murt sent out letters asking for an explanation to both the state attorney general and labor secretary on Tuesday. This matter previously came under investigation when the first reality show that featured the children, “Jon and Kate Plus 8,” allowed the children to work without the proper permits. Now, state officials are taking aim at television producers who they believe may be taking advantage of the kids without having the proper documentation that allows them to work.
Officials did not immediately respond to inquiries involving the investigation. Representatives for Kate Gosselin have not commented on the matter either.

REALLY??? Does this lawmaker have nothing better to do than cause trouble….technically the kids are not “working” seeing that they are not “acting”…..he just needs to keep his nose on better and more pressing issues!!
