Kelly Rutherford Daniel Giersch Divorcing – Kelly Rutherford who plays Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, is divorcing her second husband, German businessman Daniel Giersch, after 1½ years of marriage.

Rutherford is about three months pregnant with their second child,they have a two-year-old son, Hermés Gustaf Daniel Giersch.
