Lea Michele Weight Loss : Vegan Diet & Exercise Program – Lea Michele, one of the stars of Glee, was seen on the red carpet of the ‘Fox All Star Party’ a much thinner, and healthier figure than we have previously seen.
Michele, 23, has said that while she always enjoyed exercising, starting at the young age of 8, she never quite took it seriously, so the results weren’t always shown in her physique.
Her exercise program was crossed with a vegan diet, which are the secrets of her new, slimmer figure.
In August last year, a change in diet to a vegan one was decided on by Michele. She thought that this may help her to lose weight and to be healthy. Slowly, she removed meat and dairy from her diet, replacing them with vegetables and fruits. The results really have shown this to be the right decision for her.
“I’m a vegan,” Lea said. “It makes me feel really good and bright. You need a lot of energy to play spunky Rachel Berry, so I’ve tried a lot of different things — and so far, this is working.”
Lea Michele’s new lifestyle seems to be doing wonders on her, hope she can inspire others to take the same step.
