Leonardo Dicaprio Restraining Order Against Livia Bistriceanu

Leonardo Dicaprio Restraining Order Against Livia Bistriceanu – Leonardo DiCaprio has been granted a restraining order against one fan that is delusional, and apparently thinks that she is married to DiCaprio. The deranged woman also claimed that she is carrying his child, which she has plans to name Jesus.
The “Inception” star filed the paperwork this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, stating that he feared for his personal safety. The woman, named Livia Bistriceanu, had been sending letters to DiCaprio.
In the letters, the woman asked DiCaprio if he was going to step up to the plate and be the father of his child.
The restraining order states that the woman must stay at least 100 yards away from DiCaprio. The papers were filed on the same week that a different woman was ordered to stand trial after she struck DiCaprio in the face with a wine glass during a Hollywood party in 2005. The incident caused injury to DiCaprio’s face and neck. Aretha Wilson, 40, the woman who struck DiCaprio with the wine glass, was extradited from Canada to face the charges. If she is found guilty, she could face up to seven years in prison. DiCaprio was not in court for either incident.
In his next role, Leonardo DiCaprio will be starring as the former FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. The movie will be directed by Clint Eastwood. He has made an effort to stay away from romantic dramas since he first hit the big time with 1999’s “Titanic.”
