Lindsay Lohan Baby Stroller: New Lindsay Lohan Hit And Run? – Fresh out of jail and rehab, Lindsay Lohan is already making headlines with her negative antics, and has placed herself in a position to be in more legal trouble. Two eyewitnesses have claimed that they saw Lohan hit a nanny with her baby stroller as she pulled out of a Hollywood apartment complex. She made a left before running into the stroller.

The paparazzi that caught the incident on tape did not call the police, and instead sold the footage to RadarOnline.com. You can hear a baby crying in the background and a nanny in shock, as she continues to push the stroller.

Lohan does own a Maserati, and can be seen in the video leaving the scene. When she was questioned about the incident by RadarOnline.com, who denied that she had any involvement in the incident. No report has been filed at this time, according to local authorities, who said that they are unsure as to whether or not the incident that took place actually involved Lohan.

You would think that Lohan would like to avoid these types of situations fresh out of a stint in jail and rehab. If a report was filed, she could potentially face even more time in jail. She was stopped by police on August 28th as well after she ran a stop sign and was given a warning.
