Lindsay Lohan Criminal Battery Suspect: Accuser Is Dawn Holland

Lindsay Lohan allegedly attacked a chemical technician at the Rancho Mirage rehab clinic on Dec. 12 shortly after 1 a.m.

She had checked into the clinic after failing a random drug test back in August/September.Lohan had to submit to the test due to her highly publicized 2007 drunk driving charge.

The incident occurred when Dawn Holland who is a technician at the clinic tried to perform a breath test for alcohol on the actress.
According to TMZ Lohan pushed Holland and ripped a telephone from her hand, this subsequently resulting in a sprain. The police were phoned and began a misdemeanor batter investigation. This celebrity website is reported that the victim is pushing for prosecution.

The story includes conflicting sides. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, described the incident differently.
He stated that the woman had grabbed Lindsay’s arm after she had returned from a hair appointment. But representatives for the Betty Ford Clinic state that the incident occurred after Lohan, with two of her roommates, returned from a night of partying.

Lohan has already spent two weeks in jail this year and three in rehab. This incident may have earned her more jail time. The female member of the rehab center’s staff had to following to say about the scandal:

“Lindsay threw the phone … I threw up my left hand to block it and then she grabbed my right hand and tried to snatch the phone that I had up to my ear, then called me a ‘C__T B___H.
Lindsay yelled at me that she was talking to her mother and her mother told her she didn’t have to breathalize, she asked me if I wanted to speak to her mother but would never hand me the phone.”

Lohan has not commented on the incident, but this promises to be yet another criminal incident in her long history of legal problems, most of which are linked to drugs and alcohol.
