Lohan who thinks very highly of herself -compared herself to Oprah or Madonna in the papers filed in Nassau County Supreme Court.
Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia who managed to keep a straight face in this very hilarious story said her client wants $50 million in exemplary damages, plus another $50 million in compensatory damages and added:

I just think that it’s sad how the obviously once-talented child star’s focus has gone from her creative and theatric potential to petty cat fights and probable publicity stunts. This un-realated tv comercial should air everyday on every chanel 4 x a day so we could see how she would respond, and no lindsay your name can not be compared to Oprah or Modonna. Come on you want more publicity then show some snatch. I know my grandfather, who once loved her disney shows, would like to see that over her petty lawsuit. ha
This illustrates the loss of integrity and moral depravity of lawyers as well as Lohan. No self-respecting lawyer, of which there are very few left in this country, would ever seriously consider filing such crap in our overloaded court systems. This lawyer is an ambulance-chasing scumbag.
If we were going to make her a “one name” celebrity I would say she would not have a space between Lindsay and Lohan it would be Lindsaylohan because when ever I hear news about her it is always first and last name…. Lindsay grow the heck up! She is making more and more of a fool of herself. I use to like her, would watch a movie just because she was a main character but she seems to enjoy bringing unwanted negative attention to herself…. Now if I see he in a movie I will wonder if she has a hangover and trust me it will have nothing to do with e-trade and everything to do with her own actions.
