Lindsay Lohan Failed Drug Test? – Lindsay Lohan is famous for her brains, and more often than not she shows just how much intelligence she is lacking by her actions. After luckily getting out of jail and rehab before the end of her sentence, Lohan has failed a drug test, which puts another strike against her name and may land her with more jail time for her lawyers to get her out of.

Due to her DUI case and the stipulations regarding Lohan remaining sober and clean or else facing the consequences. Lohan was released from jail and rehab under the conditions she remained sober and not make past mistakes, which have marred her acting career and have sent her life into a downward spiral.

Lohan was told by Judge Elden S. Fox that any violation or positive test involving drugs would see her behind bars for another 30 days. This threat, however, is unlikely to be taken too seriously by Lohan, as history shows that she is unlikely to spend more than a week inside jail before being released on good behaviour.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office declined to comment. There was also no immediate word from Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
