Miley Cyrus Sorry For Topless Vanity Fair Photos

Miley Cyrus rapidly released a statement saying that she is sorry and embarrassed by her topless Vanity Fair pictures. Cyrus said:
“I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”"Annie took, like, a beautiful shot, and I thought it was really cool. That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie.” She also said of the photo, “I think it’s really artsy. It wasn’t in a skanky way.
A Disney spokeswoman, Patti McTeague, faulted Vanity Fair for the half naked photo by saying:
Unfortunately, as the article suggests, a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines,” .
You can’t have the best of both worlds, Miley, you can’t be a Disney star and a sex object at the same time.
