It appears that nude pictures that recently surface claiming to be Miley Cyrus could be fake.
In fact, the singer and her entourage have denied the allegations that the woman in the photo is Cyrus, and are possibly considering taking legal action against whoever it is that posted the picture and claimed it was her.

According to GossipCop, members of Cyrus’ camp have recently been “in touch with lawyers and considering action.” The site has posted a statement that was given by reps for Cyrus, and they have also posted a few different reasons why the photo appears to be less than authentic. For one, it seems that Cyrus has a tattoo that says “Just Breathe” underneath her left breast. However, the woman in the photo is missing that piece of ink.

A few other things have been called into question, such as the fact that you cannot see the woman’s face in the photograph, and she appears to be skinnier than the teen pop sensation.
The photo was posted along with a rumor claiming that Cyrus’ iPhone was stolen during a sexting session that she was having while staying at the Westin Palace Hotel after the MTV Video Music Awards.
