Everyone just needs to chill about this. People make mistakes many times on a daily basis. And she admits that she does and will because she is human just like everyone else. You can’t expect her to be perfect. And she apologized. So forgive and move on. Everyone needs to stop judging her and all of the other teenage stars because no one really understands what the pressures are unless they are in the situation of teenage fame in the crazy world of Hollywood. I’m pretty sure that if you guys where to fill her spot you would be in the same position or into something worse. And to all of the Christians out there who are judging her…you should know better then to judge someone. Instead of talking smack…maybe you should try praying for her. It would be a whole lot better then trying to bring her down. People, get over the mistakes she makes and find your own life to go psycho over.Talking about someone’s mistakes and flaws just makes them feel worse. So if you guys don’t want to see Miley Cyrus end up like Britney Spears then stop talking, trying to point out every flaw and mistake and try to support her and give her the strength she needs to get through everyday of the crazy life she lives.

Oh please her parents are nothing but a bunch of pimps. Miley-Stop all the coy b.s and stop acting so shocked. At what point during the photo shoot did her parents think being photographed with a sheet with skin showing might be a bad idea……..

Geez, this is totally out of hand. People are making too big of a deal out of it. It’s a photo. Give the girl a break. And seriously, I don’t think she is going to “burn in hell” for something like this. Get a life people! Quit picking on a 15 year old!

really? a picuter in my town 15 year olds are pregnant there are so many things that are so much worse that she could have done, get the fuck over it.

I think it’s pathetic to make such a big deal out if this.

I am a person who is usually very offended by even partial nudity, but why should anyone have gripes with this picture ?

All you can see is part of her back ! If anything she is totally covered up. There are clothes on the high street that reveal your back, 15-year-olds are wearing them all the time.

What’s the difference if the same amount of skin-showing appeared in a photo ?

    There is none.

She has nothing to be embarrassed about, and nothing to apologise for. If she was plastered on the front cover in a bra and pants then I’d be complaining.

I wouldn’t even regard this as a mistake.

Everyone is comfortable with a different level of body exposure, therefore if she feels she’s made a mistake then that’s down to her. She has no one to apologise to but herself.

Lets forget about Miley for a second.

The so-called parental “blogs” could’ve handled the “situation” a lot differently and more effectively. They could’ve been a little more pro-active rather than reactive. Instead of attacking vanity fair, the disney company & The Cyrus family and spreading panic all across America they should’ve acknowledged the dangers in placing public figures as role models for their children (or anyone for that matter).

Parents themselves should provide that example for their children. Having that said just look at the example they’ve set for their children with the handling of this situation. Things have only gotten worse. Kids who would’ve been unaware of the VF shoot now know about it and without the judgement they probably would’ve of thought nothing of it.

The disney Co., The Cyruses, and Vanity will eventually move on (in about two weeks). But at the end of the day the “responsible” parents still haven’t provided a lesson to their children. Blaming Miley, Disney or Vanity Fair has not solved anything. The cycle will continue as it always has: Child/teen stars will always start to mature at about 14-16 yrs old and their handlers will always try to cover-up this natural biological progression just to make more money out of them till the demographic that made them rich naturally move on to the next fad.

so I take it the rest of you would let your
Fifteen year old daughter pose topless on Vanity Fair.
    lovely.

This was no mistake. it was planned. If they really had a problem with it, the photoshoot
    would’ve been stopped.

its all about image. Someone wants publicity

good grief! maybe miley shouldn’t have done the pose, yes, maybe it is a bit on the inappropriate side, but to say she is going the HELL!!! Come on! Do you know her heart? I’m sure YOU, whowever wrote that blurp, have made mistakes in your life, and haven’t made the best choices…so are you going to hell too? i think you need to apologize for your statement. miley is young, one must live and learn in order to grow even in a Christian relationship with Jesus Christ. We all make mistakes…even those who state they are “Christians”.

miley, i’m behind you. learn from your choice, and grow.
