Miley Cyrus Underwear Photo Scandal:Perez Hilton Fights Back – Perez Hilton, who came under fire for leaking an explicit photo of the under aged actress Miley Cyrus has decided to speak about the drama.
Miley was hopping out of a low riding car with no underwear on, leaving her private parts visible to photographers in the area. Some said immediately after the photo was publish that it constituted as child pornography and that it was not right for Perez Hilton to post the photo online for all to see. He had published it to his Twitter account, which has more than 2 million followers.

Miley Cyrus had said that she does not strive to look ‘slutty,’ but that she works very hard to be fit and is simply at ease with the way that her body looks. She said that she is comfortable dressing with a little less, “which is the way that I’ve always been.”

With the release of the photo, Hilton has come under intense scrutiny. The topic was also discussed on The View this morning, where they debated whether or not the photo is child pornography, and whether or not Hilton should be charged with a crime for the leaking of the pic. Perez Hilton released a video response to all of the attention that he has received due to the drama.

In the video, Hilton claims that the photo was fake, and that he posted it as a joke. There have been no reports confirming or denying whether or not the photo is fake, and Hilton does not seem to be all that worried about the charges that could potentially be fired against him regarding the release of a photo involving a minor.
