Miley Cyrus was pictured doing her stupid peace sign as she was stepping out in L.A. and got mobbed by fans, yesterday.The paparazzi are over Britney Spears, and are focusing their cameras and attention on Miley .A top photo agency explained:
“Over the weekend, there were less than a half dozen covering Britney” despite her imminent sitcom debut on “How I Met Your Mother,” “Yet there were 30 in the pack covering Miley Cyrus. Most of them were Britney regulars, but they want something new and fresh. It’s moved on to Miley.”
