Mischa Barton was pictured in skimpy bikini in Malibu beach yesterday.Barton pleaded no contest to the drunken driving charges and has accepted a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time.Mischa has been sentenced to 3 years of probation in her DUI case,was also ordered to complete a 3 month alcohol education class and pay a $2,000 fine.She recently said:
“Obviously I’m 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case. I’m really disappointed in myself. I don’t know what to say about it, except that I’m not perfect, and I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again,” .
