Nancy Benoit Photo:Nancy Benoit Hustler Pic - Nancy Benoit’s family lost a lawsuit,filed against Hustler magazine on her behalf.As you may recall Chris Benoit who was a professional wrestler killed both Nancy and their 7 year old son Daniel in Fayetteville before committing suicide in 2007.Nancy’s Benoit’s mother Maureen Toffoloni,was requesting that judge Thomas Thrash punish Hustler for publishing nude photos Nancy took 25 years earlier in its March 2008 issue.But Thrash,ruled in favor of Hustler by saying that Nancy Benoit’s death “a legitimate matter of public interest and concern”.
