Paris Hilton Sues Hallmark
Paris Hilton is suing Hallmark over the use of her catch-phrase, “That’s hot,” in one of the company’s greeting cards.
Hilton owns the trademark phrase, which was registered in February.
According to the suit, the offending card is titled “Paris’ First Day as a Waitress,” and shows Hilton’s face on the cartoon body of a waitress serving a plate of food.Source
