I may be a lay person but I am pretty sure that you need the root of the hair to conduct DNA testing. If her hair was being cut the root would still be attached to her head. Shouldn’t this “reporter” know that?

I’m not sure if you have been keeping up with this story. The child they are talking about is the daughter of Michael Jackson(the entertainer) PERIOD. Madonna, Angelina Jolie and others can walk around with children from other countries and you people just say “oh, her children are cute”, well these are Michael Jackson children. I don’t recall anyone ever asking for a DNA test on Madonna and Angelina’s children and asking who their biological father are. We know Michael is not their biological children but so what, they were HIS children that he took care of and loved.
