Perez Hilton Twitter Miley Cyrus Picture Scandal – Perez Hilton accidentally posted a picture of Miley Cyrus’ private parts to a Twitter account. He said after the incident, that he did not realize that he was doing anything wrong when he did it. His explanation seems a little hard to believe, given the fact that she is not even 18 yet. The photo depicted Cyrus getting out of a car while she was wearing a dress with no underwear. Certainly, she did not mean to have the picture taken, and certainly did not mean for it to be posted on the Internet. You would think she would know better after the recent similar situations involving Britney Spears and a few other celebrities.
Perez put the picture on his Twitter account, which had over 2 million followers.
Soon after the photo went up, it was pulled down. Hilton must have been reminded that Miley is only 17 years old, and that posting the picture constitutes as kiddy porn in the United States. Perez has been taunting Cyrus for many years through his blog, attempting to get a reaction. This is only another rung on the ladder, but this situation has left some wondering if there will be any charges brought against him.
Some have said that the photo was doctored, mostly because there are a few lines that almost look as if they had been doctored. If the photo is not real, the law is not that clear as to what may happen to Hilton. Cyrus has not commented on the photo as of yet.

Posting the picture does NOT constitute “kiddy porn”. To be porn, it has to be sexual in nature. That was just nudity, which is legal. Go to any Barnes and Noble and you’ll find nudist colony magazines with naked folk way younger than Miss Cyrus. What Perez did will get him nothing but bad press (which he deserves) but it wasn’t illegal.

The laws are pretty specific; this qualifies as CP about as much as me smoking a ball of earwax would qualify as drug possession.
That arguement doesn’t make sense. Perverts look at pictures of nude 5 year olds that aren’t being sexual but that is kiddie porn. A child doesn’t know what sexual is and what’s not. Even Miley doesn’t understand what she is doing when she puts herself out there like that. That’s why it’s the parents job to keep their children from doing things like that. The fact that her parents don’t seem to reign her in in any way is not her fault. It’s theirs. And she is going to pay the consequences when this behavior/no rules bites her in the a*s as she gets older.
