Lindsay Lohan was spotted as she takes a break from rehab yesterday.
She visited the local Utah shops and enjoyed a much-needed pedicure with a friend .
In recent weeks,Lindsay looked unhappy during her zillion smoke breaks.
But she was actually smiling at the nail salon.
I guess it must feel like being a star again.
