Robert Pattinson Answers Miley Cyrus – Miley Cyrus recently said that she hates vampires. It seemed like a strange statement to make at the time, given their recent rise back into the forefront of pop culture. Since she made the comments, media sources have been attempting to get a rebuttal out of Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. When they finally did respond to her comments at the Los Angeles Film Festival, they used it as an opportunity to promote their upcoming addition to the Twilight movie saga, “Eclipse.”
“It’s so obvious – just watch Eclipse!” Pattinson said when he was asked how he felt about Cyrus not liking vampires.
Lautner responded a bit differently, saying that “she doesn’t need to like vampires. As long as she likes werewolves, we’re cool.” The comment was made because Lautner actually plays a werewolf in the Twilight movies.
Kristen Stewart was a bit surprised to find out the Cyrus was not all that fond of their work. “Is she scared of them or does she just not like them?” Stewart asked when she was told of the recent comments that were made by Cyrus. She went on to say that if Cyrus did not like vampires, she was not going to go out of her way to try to convince her.
While the comments were interesting to say the least, it appears that they were made in good fun and were not intended to insult to members of the cast. With their new movie coming out in July, any press is good press for the Twilight team.

Twilight has no place taking about vampires. They have no clue what they are. Twilight is not about vampires, they are a creation that is weakly compared. I am insulted at the use of the name by Twilight. Miley if you hate vamps because of twilight, I understand.

I don’t like twilight neither…i have read just the first book and it did seem fine and i’ve also watched the first movie…i was not really into the story and i don’t think i’ll ever be….i think we should respect each-other opinions about anything and i think its fine of she doesn’t like them…i also agree with kiristen:don’t try to convince people about something if they don’t like it…we all have different tastes and ideas….oh and i will not reply to anyone about this so say whatever u want..it’s ur right to…

@mileyfan4life. you cant comment on the twilight movies unless uve seen them which u havent. and nothing bad was said on both sides. so dont start slaggin off twilight cast just because cyrus dont like the movie. i dont like the last song or hanna montanna the movie i think there the shitest films ever made but not every one thinks tht… but probly most people who arnt lil kids
