Russell Brand Arrested – Katy Perry Fiance Charged – Russell Brand is a comedian who seems to wish he was a rockstar, except lacks the musical talent. So, his behaviour towards paparazzi doesn’t really come as a surprise of a shock in a world full of celebrities behaving like children.
Brand’s actions towards the paparazzi happened at the West Coast hub, as they went through Delta security. It is claimed that Brand, while travelling with fiancée Katy Perry, lashed out at a photographer, pushing on and striking others violently.
The photographer has spoken to police about the incident, and police are considering arresting Brand for his violent and vicious actions. At the scene, a video made by TMZ shows police taking photographs of the damages done to the photographer by Brand.
Russell Brand was charged with battery for allegedly attacking the photographer.
This is a good time for Brand, and Perry, who are celebrating their first anniversary together. The pair have been in the spotlight for much of their relationship, and quite possibly the attention they are getting is causing quite a strain. Brand proposed to Perry in India on New Years Eve 2009, and they look set to tie the knot next month, quite possibly also back in India.
