Sandra Bullock Restraining Order Against Thomas James Weldon – Sandra Bullock has always had a great number of fans, with more since her Oscar winning performance in last year’s ‘The Blind Side’. But one of those fans took things too far, and has now been legally banished from even approaching the actress.

Thomas Weldon originally became a problem for the starlet years ago, and a restraining order was issued in 2003 after he continued to harass her. Faxes, emails, and other communication was sent, but there is no word over what those communications said.


In 2009, the restraining order expired. Weldon, who was in an institution at the time, left the hospital and showed up in an ER Wyoming. He told staff that he had driven from Tennessee after a telepathic communication with the actress that told him she needed him.

He has now been indefinitely ordered into a mental hospital back home, but his attempt to get to Sandra’s home ensured a new restraining order being granted for both her and her infant son, Louis for three years, or longer if extended.

The order also covers her ex-husband Jesse James, and his three children from a previous marriage.
