Shia LaBeouf graces the cover of Arena Magazine’s July 2008 issue.LaBeouf has revealed to the mag that he was forced to attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings by his parents when he was a child. He said:
I grew up around a lot of aggressive guys. My parents used to take me to AA meetings when I was very young. So I know aggression, I know insanity.”
LaBeouf added:
“As soon as my parents donned those wigs, life was great. They had to show this jovial bulls**t side of themselves to sell the hot dogs, so we would act like the happiest family in the world.
“It was so peaceful and loving and happy and joyous and amazing.
“I enjoyed it even if it was fake. I didn’t know, I couldn’t tell the difference. Only now I see what it was all about. But when we got back to the house and took the stuff off, life was different again.”
Very interesting,I mean boring interview.

judging from the “hat hint” at the end of the most recent Indiana Jones, it looks like Shia LaBeouf might be the next Indy… seems like Lucas will never let it die
