Shia LaBeouf was pictured as he arrived at Dulles International Airport in Washington DC this past weekend.An arrest warrant was issued for Shia LaBeouf after he failed to appear in court earlier today.LaBeouf was issued a ticket in Burbank, on February 18 for unlawful smoking.
This Burbank law is ridiculous,shouldn’t the police be running after real criminals instead of giving people fines for smoking?
