Shia LaBeouf Innocent In DUI-Related Accident - Shia LaBeouf might be a fool but an innocent fool.The police has revealed that Shia LaBeouf may have been drunk, but he was not at fault in the accident in Hollywood that has him facing DUI charges.The other driver was apparently the one who ran a red light and will also be cited,Los Angeles Sheriff’s spokesman Steven Whitmore said:
“He was not at fault. We have strong evidence the other party ran a red light.”
Shia’s mother Shayna LaBeouf has revealed that:
“he’s doing fine”
His mom should spank him.
