Travis Barker Thelma Martin Still Plane Crash Lawsuit - Travis Barker and Thelma Martin Still, the mother of his friend Charles Still, who died in the Learjet crash, along with three other passengers are suing a lot of people.Travis and Thelma have filed a personal injury and wrongful death lawsuit against Clay Lacy Aviation; International Travel and Services, Inc; Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company; and Bombadier Inc. in connection with the September plane crash that left him with severe burns.Barker’s lawyer said:
“ He was hurt and injured in his health, strength and activity, sustaining injuries to his body and shock and injury to his nervous system” in the crash, which has caused him “great physical, mental and nervous pain and suffering.”
