A worried Victoria Beckham, was seen leaving Tokyo International Airport today.
Posh was in Tokyo to launch her make-up line,but was informed that her father in law suffered a near-fatal heart attack in London.
She canceled all of her engagements in Tokyo and left to be with husband David in England.
